Criteria: BC/BE EM or BC FM/IM with extensive EM experience or completion of EM fellowship.

• 12-bed ED
• EPIC EMR
• 17K annual volume
• Physician shifts - 7a-7p/7p-7a
• APP coverage daily - 12p - 9p
• 12% admission rate
